Step One: Submit Reservation Information

- First and Last Name
- Business/Booth Name (optional)
- email address (Use the same email address as your PayPal or Venmo account)
- Phone number
- Business/product description
- Photo (optional)

Step Two: Submit $40 Payment
Use the same email for your payment that you submitted for your reservation.
